Chester quickly realized early in his career that social drivers of health aren't just something to consider when it comes to health — they're *the* thing to consider. He’s partnered with hospitals, health systems, payors, and community organizations to design and launch programs that tackle social needs head-on.

Most recently, Chester worked at Roundtrip Health, a healthcare tech startup focused on removing transportation as a barrier to care. Chester worked with clients, partners, and government organizations to develop, implement, and expand transportation strategy. By bridging gaps within internal organizations and collaborations with external partners, Chester and his team were responsible for the substantial growth of Roundtrip’s book of business. 

Prior to that, Chester spent several years at Cigna, taking on roles across Global Health Benefits, Group Insurance, Behavioral Health, and Medicare Advantage with Cigna HealthSpring. He helped shape sales and customer strategies for major clients and led value-based care programs across the Mid-Atlantic, helping providers deliver better care while saving costs.

Chester lives in the Philadelphia area. When he’s not working, he’s probably riding a train, tracking a plane, cooking something new, or checking out a restaurant or bar around Philly.
