As CEO of QV Health Solutions, Alison works to mobilize capital toward high-impact programs and initiatives benefitting people and communities.

With over 25 years of strategic consulting in health and social care policy, delivery, and financing, Alison excels at creating partnership, payment, and financing models that align diverse stakeholders around a shared set of goals. An entrepreneurial thinker who is impatient for change, Alison believes that bold action and creativity is required to deliver the innovative solutions we say we want and need.  

Prior to co-founding QV Health Solutions, Alison served as Managing Director of the health practice with Quantified Ventures. She has also held leadership roles at AcademyHealth - where she advanced population health improvement, delivery system transformation, and accelerated research capacity; with the National Consumers League - where she served as DIrector of Food and Health policy; and with Covance - where conducted health economic outcomes and market research on behalf of life sciences and other healthcare clients.

Alison loves living in the heart of Washington, D.C. with her husband, son, and best-dog-ever (Russell). When she’s not financing health improvements, she enjoys dancing, hiking, cooking for friends, and soaking up every last minute of parenting a rising high school senior.
