In a world where so many decisions are driven by financial resources, Alana is passionate about securing financing for organizations and policy interventions that are often overlooked in capital markets. Alana joined the team from PIMCO, where she was a municipal credit analyst covering a national portfolio. In addition to conducting financial condition, risk, and ESG analyses on municipalities across the country, Alana also served as PIMCO’s non-profit analyst, overseeing credit research on philanthropic, arts, social service, and research organizations.
Alana has a Master of Public Policy from the Gerald R. Ford School of Public Policy at the University of Michigan. During her graduate coursework, she served as a fellow for the Government Accountability Office, CARE USA, and Detroit Public Theater. In addition, Alana received her BA with General Honors from the University of Chicago.
Outside of work, Alana is a dance lover, fiction reader, amateur baker, and proud aunt. Originally from Los Angeles, she now calls Chicago home and enjoys exploring the city’s food scene and green spaces with friends.
